Inactive resource getting appeared in the list while executing the work orders

Summary:

Inactive resources who's employee records is not active (left organization) still showing in the work order resource screen which is causing the confusion.

1.This records shouldnt show in the resource list

2. what is the order or sequence being followed by the system while the resource values are being shown in the drop down
