List of Value related to Person Profile is not displayed

Hi,

we created a new section in our Persone Profile. This section is related to 'Certification' template (see the screenshot LICENCE_CERTIFICATIONS_3). In this section the first field 'License or certificate' has as value set a custom LoV named 'Conoscenze Informatiche base'; we configured this LoV in the 'Item Catalogs' page (see the screenshot LICENCE_CERTIFICATIONS_2).

When we access to our person profile (Me → Career and Performance → Skills and evaluations), and we try to add a new value in the 'Conoscenze Informatiche base' section, we do not display the list of value (see the screenshot 'LICENCE_CERTIFICATIONS_1', we view the field 'Conoscenza', but there is not a drop down menu, in order to select one of the values of the configured LoV).
