Change approver based on batch submitter and not creator.

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement for our client where the journal approver should receive approval for batches based on the submitter and not creator of the batches.

For example. If a journal is created by an user ABC but the journal batch was submitted by another user XYZ then the journal should go to the approval group of XYZ instead of the approval group of the creator ABC. But we are not able to find a parameter called submitted by in the workflow rules. Our current rule is based on Created By.

We want to check if our requirement is feasible or not.
