we would know what kind of Users can view the attachments that HR can insert in the Goals basic information in the following path (see the picture below for more clarify):

My clients group > Goals > Goal plans > "Goals" section > Click in a goal > "Basic info" section.

We would know, for example, if employees can view these attachments as standard behaviour.
