Hello,

we have enabled the Team Skills Center page under My Team and we would like to give the possibility for a manager to view the Team Skills Center page of another manager who does not report to him. Is this requirement feasible? Can we enable our manager to act as proxy /act on behalf of another manager? Thanks in advance for clarifications on this topic.
