Unable to update profile items(Skills) at course when using the Talent Profile business object HDL

Summary:

Unable to update profile items(Skills) at course when using the Talent Profile business object HDL.

I have successfully loaded the skill as learning outcome to courses using the Talent profile business object by creating the Profile, profile relation and profile item.

When updating the Profile Item, It is not allowing me to update. Receiving the below error:
ERROR Message: You can't update or delete a core or a role skill.

Anyone faced the same issue?? Please Suggest!!
