EPM Reports - Dynamic Scenario

Summary:

Hello, we'd like to build a report that displays four quarters of either Actuals or Forecast, depending on the period selected. If the 1st quarter period was selected, the report would display Actuals - Forecast - Forecast - Forecast. If the 3rd quarter period was selected, the report would display Actuals - Actuals _ Actuals - Forecast. Is there a way to accomplish this?
