To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

For more information, please refer to this announcement explaining best practices for getting answers to questions.

Survey Journey for Terminated Employees

Summary:

How it currently works:

Currently, when a collaborator leaves (exit), a Journey called "Collaborator exit" is triggered. Within this journey, there are different tasks to be completed by the collaborator, his/her leader, and the Human Resources Manager. One of the critical tasks to be answered is the "Exit survey" by the collaborator, leader, and Human Resources Manager. However, the platform only allows the journey to be completed as an active collaborator. When the collaborator is already inactive, he/she cannot access the platform to answer the journey.

Required:

We require that inactive collaborators can respond to the “Collaborator exit” journey, in order to collect the responses to the “Exit interview” task, either by entering in Oracle or from some other functionality, link, etc. that saves the information in Cell within the “Collaborator exit” Journey.

Howdy, Stranger!
