    • How can I make CTA account zero for disabled entity

    in General Ledger & Intercompany

    Summary:

    We have a Ledger where there are 2 entity segments. I wish to disable/end-date one of them per business requirement. Cleared out all the balances in GL but CTA account still exists. How can I make it zero? Any suggestion or guidance on it?
