Can we adjust Search features in Goal library

The search field in the Goals library (when mass assigning OR assigning as a manager), does not produce matched results based on the search input. Instead, it lists all the goals in the library, which makes the search field difficult to use. This prevents users from quickly finding specific goals and they have to manually sift through potentially hundreds of goals. Is there any way to adjust the search parameters to make the field more effective? e.g. only bringing up results based on the input text OR as autosuggest pulling up the closest matches from the library only?
