Manager hierarchy is wrong in compensation plan, but not in employment info
Summary:
We have a user who has recently changed role, and we have changed their line manager accordingly to the new line manager. This line manager is showing in the employment info and directory screens. However, when conducting a compensation/performance moderation cycle, the previous manager is showing up as the next approver rather than the new line manager.
I have refreshed the HR hierarchy data as a batch process, but I'm not sure how to fix this? It only seems to be affecting this one user (from what we can tell).
