Skip Bill Lines Interface to RMCS in migrated Subscriptions

Summary:

Is there a way in which we can skip historical bill lines from interfacing to RMCS and recognizing revenue? Our use-case is to Import Subscriptions in subscription management, and skip the past bill lines from interfacing to RMCS which have already been recognized in legacy application.

We have such a capability in AR where we can use the Algorithm to block certain lines from interfacing to AR.

Is there such a capability for Subscription-RMCS as well? If yes, can someone suggest the approach and mapping?
