Out of the box Digital Assistant is not responding

Hi Team,
We are working on a new instance where we pulled FADigitalAssiatant for using the Approvals and Hcm Skills.
The issue that we are facing is when we mapped FADigitalAssistant to the out of the box channel FAWebChannel we are not getting any response on the bot screen.
We have made sure that the channel ID is configured properly and have followed all the procedures.
