Difference between "Similar Jobs" using AI versus without AI

Promote Similar Jobs - has been auto enabled in our Prod environment as part of 20A upgrade.

Now we want to use Similar Jobs which is based on AI.

Since both Ai and without Ai similar jobs are enabled, will candidate get to see both type of similar jobs or Promote Similar Jobs will be disabled? How does it work?
