Redwood Talent Review: HTML tags are visible when using a Custom Talent Rating + Spelling Error

Summary:

When a user is on the Prepare Review Content page, and they have the columns of the Talent Ratings that have been added to the Talent Review meeting.

If a user clicks on a Talent Rating, a pop-out drawer opens with the Title, Description, and "Proficient" Levels (This should be "proficiency" levels - Should i create a separate ticket/idea for this?).

If the Talent Rating clicked on is a out-of-the-box rating from Oracle like Risk of Loss or Impact of Loss, the Proficiency levels are shown correctly:

If they click on Rating is a custom one, the HTML tags <p> </p> appear:
