Clarification on Email metrics
(1) Unique opens, Unique open rate - does this include or exclude auto-opens ?
(2) Spam complaints, Spam complain rate — how is this data captured by responsys ?
As per documentation , Only spam complaints from specific ISPs are considered in this metric - which ISPs are supported currently, and if there is any time lag in receiving the data from ISP to Responsys ?
(3) Unsubscribes, Unsubscribe rate — how is this data captured by responsys ? Is there any specific user actions which are captured here ? Actual unsubscribe data does not match the numbers reported by this metric
