Symptoms

The leapp preupgrade for Oracle Linux 8(OL8) to Oracle Linux9(OL9) reports the following risk:

/var/log/leapp/leapp-report.txt:
Risk Factor: high (inhibitor)
Title: Oracle RDMA detected, but OL9 RDMA repository has not been enabled.
Summary: Upgrade process was inhibited as RDMA has been detected, but OL9 RDMA repo has not been enabled.
Remediation: [hint] Enable the ol9_RDMA repository on the leapp command line.
