Manager Switch Teams button shows no indirect reports

We've been testing the Switch Teams button inside Team Goals Center to further understand its functionalities. However, when we try to see indirect reports - nothing shows up. We understand that we're missing privileges/inherited roles on our custom Line Manager role since we also tested this button using an account with the seeded Line Manager role, and it works as expected. Can anyone help list down which privilege/inherited role we're missing that we need to add to our custom Line Manager role?
