25A Redwood - Job Application Details - Add (+) Interviews button open the Interview Details page

In 25A, On Redwood Job Application Details page - Add (+) Interviews button open the Interview Details page even when the their is no interview schedule.

This is a different user experience from responsive UI, where user received error when trying to add interview without adding interview schedule to the requisition.

Is this working as designed or a bug with 25A - Can we add an error message?
