HR cannot search associate under AOR in Personal Details and other HR redwood pages

Hello -
While testing Redwood pages for Core HR roles, we noticed that the Personal Details and Contact Info pages were missing, although we were able to access them yesterday. Upon checking in Sandbox > Structure, we found that the issue was due to the EL Expression being set to false. I have updated it, and now the Personal Details and Contact Info pages are displayed for the HR roles. However, when logging in as an HR, I am unable to search for any associates under HR AOR in Personal Details and other HR Redwood pages.
Also I've tried enabling the RUI page of Personal Details, I'm able to pull an employee under AOR after clicking Advanced Searched.
