ICS Calendar appts in Learning Notification

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if it is possible to include a calendar invite ICS attachment on new enrollment notifications that are configured through Alert's Composer?

I have found confirmation that users can download them from the offering, I also have completed the ILT Microsoft Calendar Sync integration. I can't seem to find a straight answer about how to configure the calendar invites to be included in the New Enrollment notifications we have setup through Alerts composer.
