Business requirement to have business unit wise scanning mail address setup

Summary:

I have a business requirement wherein my 2 Business unit wants to segregate the invoice scanning, which means requirement is to define business unit wise Intelligent Document Recognition Options.

Currently Oracle gives an option to store the email at the instance level - can we have it at the business unit level.

Secondly - One business unit have invoices in English & Danish Language vs the other have only English. Can Oracle IDR read invoices in both language without enabling the dual language pack.
