Unable to set the default value to 'No' in the Context Descriptive Flexfield drop-down

I tried to set up the Context Segment below to default to 'No' in the Yes/No drop-down list.

However, after the DFF is deployed. I then logged out and logged in. The context DFF drop down still display as blank instead of "No".
