Hi,

Our recruiter requests the necessary documents from the candidate and forwards them to the Manager of the Internal Security Department. If the documents are approved, the recruiter receives a notification from the Manager of the Internal Security Department and then moves the candidate to the Offer phase.

Else recruiter should select rejected by employer state or ask for additional document from candidate. I need to configure this requirement in the system.

Does your company follow a similar process for handling security checks before offers?
