    Claims/Deductions are unable settle due to error in Settle Customer Claims program as below. Transaction is being performed for US ledger and currency but while settlement its saying conversion rate and type are not used in ledger currency

    Status : FAILED: Unexpected error.
    : The conversion rate, conversion type, and conversion date aren't used for ledger currency transactions.
    : ORA-01403: no data found
    ORA-20001:
    ORA-06512: at "FUSION.APP_EXCEPTION", line 61
    : The claim couldn't be settled. As part of the settlement process, Credit Memo in status has been generated in Receivables.
    : You must review the transaction before resubmitting the claim for settlement.
