Setting up for SSO and found Active User profiles in OAS report but they don't show in Config.

Summary:

I'm working with our IT dept as we are looking at setting up SSO for Taleo (finally) and I pulled a report of Active Users to find any usernames that don't follow our company username format. I found many user profiles (about 35) that I cannot see from Configuration which all have an @invalidemail.com email address

Some are for integrations, some look like Support, others I have no idea what they are.

I can't find any information on how the integrations may be affected with SSO and what we need to do?

And what about all the other users I can't see in Config? will SSO affect them?
