I am having an issue where there is both Line Feed and Carriage Return characters (CR LF) between each row of data as shown on the Right side of the below screenshot, when I am only expecting carriage returns to be returned as shown on the left side (until after the end of the ZBL lines where it should be CR LF together).

How can I accomplish this? I have attached an updated eText template for reference.
