What would cause a journal batch to go from STATUS_VERIFIED='Y' to STATUS_VERIFIED='N'

Hi Guys

We have a BIP report based on journal batches/headers/lines developed by an outside consultancy that has the filter below on it:

GJB.STATUS_VERIFIED='Y'

All good so far, but when Finance ran the report last week it returned the data as expected, but today when they run it journals are missing because one of the journal batches has now changed from a

GJB.STATUS_VERIFIED='Y'

to a

GJB.STATUS_VERIFIED='N'

Have you seen this before? What could have caused the shift in this field value?

How can we make it a STATUS_VERIFIED='Y' again?
