Issue To Pull Reports in NR - FCCS

Summary:

A single user is experiencing an issue when attempting to pull the Trial Balance Report in FCCS within EPM Cloud Narrative Reporting. The report returns a blank output regardless of member selection, and required members like "scenario" only appear when selecting "Show Invalid Members."

  1. Troubleshooting: I confirmed his SailPoint role, and he does have access to FCC PRD and the NR PRD Viewer role.
  2. Validation: I validated the user's settings and compared them to mine. They are similar, even though I am a power user, and nothing unusual was found.
  3. Cache and Cookies:  cleared the cache and cookies.
