We are looking to apply hold based on a custom step in n orchestration. This orchestration looks for an attribute on the Line EFF and applies hold accordingly.

This logic is working as expected when we are populating the EFF at the time of order creation. However, we are not able to apply Hold when we are populating this Line EFF on order revision i.e during UPDATE orchestration trigger

We have a separate Orchestration step, which looks at the EFF and applies hold accordingly on the order line during CREATE/UPDATE.
