How to Block Push Notifications During Unscheduled or Future Routed Dates?

Summary:

We have set up push notifications using the Message Scenario with the Collaboration Delivery Channel on our iPad (scenario will be launched when Activity is Moved since this is when our activity is being scheduled) and it is working good.

However, we would like to block push notifications in two specific scenarios:

Scenario 1: At 9 PM, we have a message scenario to unschedule any pending activities that have not been completed for the current day. Since this is an "Activity Moved" action, our iPad is receiving push notifications.

Scenario 2: We schedule future dates (e.g., Day +1 to Day +7) for forecasting purposes. As a result, our iPad is receiving multiple push notifications.
