Is there a way to Inactivate the Person from Customer Data Management?

In Customer Data Management(CDM) under person object we have a status attribute.

Can we Inactivate the Person ? Currently its Non-updateable from the UI and is there a way to Inactivate it?

If we Inactivate  the person from CDM will it update in the Sales contact?(In sales contact we have Sales profile status and status what's the purpose of these two attributes)

 

If we Inactivate the person from CDM will it deactivate from other sales module as well Ex: Leads, Opportunities?
