Standard Cost, Roll up Cost, Scenario Exception and Compare Std Cost Redwood pages are not working

Summary:

We have enabled the redwood pages for Cost Management using Manage Administrator Profile Values task but for 'Standard Cost', 'Roll up Cost' pages are not able to load Cost Scenario LOV. We have below roles access in place to the user. One common issue is 'Cost Scenario' LOV not showing any scenario names.

CST_ESTIMATE_COSTS, CST_MANAGE_SCENRIO_EXCEPTIONS, CST_ESTIMATE_COSTS, CST_MANAGE_SCENARIO, CST_REVIEW_ROLLEDUP_COSTS
