Back to Back buy needs to look at minimum quantity before sending requisition to procurement.

Summary:

If i have 8pcs of an item in stock and the customer ordered 10. I would like the system to reserve the 8pcs i have for the sales order but look at the rules saying i always order 25pcs of this item and sends the requisition for the 25pcs instead of 2pcs.

How to achieve this requirement?
