Candidate Status copied when moved to pipepline to standard requisition

We need the CSP position for the candidates that get moved from a Pipeline Job requisition to a Standard Job Requisition to be copied over. For the moment, when a candidate is moved from a Pipeline to a Standard Requisition. even if they were moved from one phase or state to another in the Pipeline Req CSP, they will be placed back to the ''New'' phase after being moved to the Standard Req. That is a problem since there are many automatic actions such as pre-screening verifications, duplicate checks, notifications and background checks that the candidate might have already been
