How can we change a party Name

Segment Value for Entity was changed from ISO Ltd to a new name but the Old name is still appearing in the Reports

as you can see below , when we run the following query

select * from HZ_PARTIES where party_name like '%ISO%'

We have checked the Legal Entities, customers and suppliers and cannot see where this needs to be changed
