RMA Order type - Return for repairs

Summary:

In the Oracle Fusion Order Management docs, particularly in the topic "Return Material Authorization" - Order Types, it's mentioned that 4 order types. First 3 order type is fine and I can those type while create Return SO. But In the application, the Order type "Return for repairs" is missing. Why it's not showing in the system? Which module is related to that? How can we enable that type and how it works?
