Can we update worker level budgeting manually?

Hi All,

Our annual compensation plan has logically two budgets (merit increase and promotion) but paid through single component (posted as salary and salary basis type is : Salary amount is determined by user). What I understand from my previous post that we can't have two components because of our salary basis type.

Therefore, I created a worker-level budgeting to dynamically determine budget for Merit increase, this is working fine. But we have separate logic to calculate budget for Promotion which is usually some Lum sum amount. So we thought we can allow administrator to override system calculate budget to top-up additional budget for promotion. But I noticed that system doesn't allow to adjust worker-level budget.
