Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are exploring this GenAI feature of using send email feature, hence need clarity/inputs on the below points,

  1. all the email in to/cc/bcc are they appearing from contacts or resources?
  2. In cc/bcc field when I am trying to type the required email ID system is closing the dropdown and capturing the incorrect email, is this observed in your respective system as well?
  3. What is the significance of email template and how do we get the email templates dropdown enabled?
  4. How to change the Sender email address in this case ? what if any customer reply back to this email, will that be getting visible on the UI under Activities stream?
