How to hide for employee a specific goal plan goal in the performance document

Hi Team,

our client ask for not making the employee able to visualize a specific goal plan goal in the performance document.
1. The Employee get access the Performance Document

2. The Employee should be not able to visualize a specific Goal and the "Measurement" inside


Do you know it is possible to technically reach out as result?!?!
