Deleting Inactive Users

Summary:

I wanted to delete inactive users. I did configure in the User Type → Resouces the possible group actions:

After refresh, I did try to select the inactive users yet I cannot see the "Delete" option.

I also tried API call "Delete …. /rest/ofscCore/v1/users/{login}". It has a return of 200 OK yet the user is still in the system.

Any suggestion on how to handle this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
