Add Job Description into Offer Template

We would like our offer letters to automatically include the job description. Specifically, we want to pull in the job posting description as a "field" (essentially its own page) into the job offer. While we have successfully incorporated the posting description field, we are unable to preserve the formatting, such as bullets, which makes it look unprofessional. Additionally, there is extra text in the posting that we don't want in the job description on the offer, such as the salary range and other information about the application process.

Has anyone managed to do this successfully? If so, could you share more details?
