How to activate AI Apps for Talent Management?

Hello,
I want to activate the AI for Suggested candidate.I have follow the documentation from Oracle and I have both role Application Implementation Consultant and
Adaptive Intelligence Applications Administrator.

But when I go to AI Apps Administration I can only see AI Talent Best Match and Dynamic Skills. Could you please advise? Is there anything else to activate?
