ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS with fa-hcm-personbenefits

Summary:

My user account is not connected to an employee record. I assigned myself a data role that was created based on Oracle Job role Benefits Administrator. I verified the profiles ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED and ORA_BEN_ADMINISTRATIVE_ENROLLMENT_REDWOOD_ENABLED are configured to be Y at Site Level.

Now, I'm running the "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with "fa-hcm-personbenefits" and the process keeps resulting in Retrying status.

Appreciate any help to resolve the issue.
