Filters on Manager's Worksheet not opening by default

Summary: Filters on Manager's Worksheet not opening by default.

Hi All,

Our requirement is to open the filters on managers worksheet by default. We set Table filters to 'Open' in 'Default worksheet display' settings, though for sometimes filters don't open by default on Managers worksheet. That's not the expected behavior.

Is there any other place to set this option?

Any reason why this is happening?
