Is it mandatory that the stock moves to staging sub inventory and then it will be shipped out.

If we are creating an expense requisition for an item which is restricted to a single sub inventory a TO will be created automatically, but while doing the pick release the stock needs to be moved from source to staging sub inventory, as the item is restricted to a single sub inventory so it is not able to move the stock to staging sub inventory, so I have assigned the item to staging sub inventory and tried doing the pick release it got successful.

If an item isn't restricted to sub inventory, then am able to do the pick release, as it is not restricted to a sub inventory the stock is moving to the staging and shipping out.
