Based on field value change the new fields should be added to the page
Hi Team,
We have a requirement in the Helpdesk module where, whenever the Category field value is changed, a set of Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs) should be dynamically added to the page based on the new selection.
Navigation:
Helpdesk → My Help → Create Request → New Help Desk Request page → Category field
Example Scenario:
If the Category field value is set to "Grievances", the following fields should be dynamically added to the page:
- Date of Incident
- Time of Incident
- Location of Incident
- Identify Name and Job Title of Subject of Complaint
Could you please advise on how this can be achieved? how can we implement this functionality using Visual Builder Studio (VBS)?
