    Can we create an Autocomplete rule to restrict the selection of a Department based on EFF

    Summary:

    Hi All,

    We have a requirement wherein user with a particular role should not be able to select a Department on Transfer page if the selected Department of Employee belongs to a different Division and Pay Group (captured at Department EFF level). Also, they should get an error message if there are future dated changes exists for Employee.

    Can this be achieved via Autocomplete Validation Rules? If Yes, then what Variables need to be used to build this rule.
