Punchout Catalog Setup: Line Description links don't go back to External Supplier Site

Hello,

Process seems to be working with setting up Punchout Catalog with external Supplier using cXML. However, after the requisition has been automatically created, when I click on a Line Description link, a pop up occurs asking if I want to be returned to the external supplier site. When I click Yes, instead of being returned to the external supplier site, another window opens with another instance of my Oracle Finance environment's home page. See attachment.

Is there a setting I have to enable somewhere?
