Redwood UI – Provide Option to Restrict “Add Another Grade” During Job Creation (Parity with RUI)

In the Responsive UI, we were able to restrict the “Add Another Grade” link during Job creation using Page Composer or Expression Language (EL). This helped enforce our internal policy of assigning only one valid grade per Job, supporting data governance and simplifying downstream processes like Assignments, Compensation, and Position defaulting.

However, in Redwood UI, this functionality is no longer configurable:

• The Grade field is moved to a separate Valid Grades section.

• The “Add Another Grade” link is now part of a locked component that cannot be hidden or disabled using Page Composer, Visual Builder, or any standard tools.
